Since the market launch in 1994, considerably more than 2,000 machines “Made in Austria” have left the Lambach production site in the heart of Upper Austria. Highly qualified specialists, a modern machine park and comprehensive quality management guarantee that: each debarking machine is a masterpiece!
Assembly
Deinhammer GmbH not only manufactures single or series parts on state-of-the-art CNC machines, but also assembles complete, ready-to-install machines, components and aggregates for many renowned customers. The debarking machine is also assembled on site and is ready for operation.
CNC production
Small but packs a punch: Deinhammer GmbH enjoys an excellent reputation in the industry. For decades, large industrial companies have appreciated the precision and perfection of Deinhammer. State-of-the-art CNC machines and processing centres, especially for turning and milling, advanced machine concepts with a high degree of automation as well as continuous monitoring ensure the highest quality – whether in series or custom-made production.
Construction
Crossing boundaries in mechanical engineering and redefining them – that is what the Deinhammer GmbH also stands for. The development of linear sliding guides is the best example for this. With recirculating ball bearings, engineers have always reached their limits – under special environmental conditions such as temperature, dirt and corrosion or with high demands on precision, purity and vibration damping. Deinhammer revolutionised the industry with completely new, adjustable sliding elements made of special high-performance plastic. Since then, the designers have succeeded in integrating this standard component perfectly into all their developments.
History of the Deinhammer company
The company history dates back almost half a millennium. In the 16th century already, the company site was for the first time mentioned in a document as a blacksmith’s shop. In 1972, Karl Deinhammer laid the foundation for today’s successful mechanical engineering business by investing in modern machines, innovative ideas and patents.
